The house is just what you need to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. The home has received a number of improvements over the year: a pool heater, new movie theater chairs, desks & chairs for the bedrooms, Peloton Tread & Mirror Workout Studio in the gym!

The space

There are plenty of restaurants in the area but in case you want to stay home, the house has an expansive kitchen along with plenty of space for a group dining experience in-home. Sit back and relax in the Movie Room or get your adrenaline going over in the game/gym room and when the sun is shining go check out the Infinity pool or stop on down by the Sand Volleyball Court next to the BocceBall Court!

There's so much to do and this house is the perfect place to host your friends and get back to what's important in life which is having fun and soaking in the sun!

The whole property is yours besides the security surveillance closet and our staff closet located on the first floor.

Other things to note

The home is very secluded and at the top of a mountainside so please be sure to DRIVE SLOW as people, children, deer, horses, and bikers are around every blind turn.
